I am not a magician – although my job sometimes feels like it. I see solutions where others see obstacles, and I take pride in leading teams through the jungle of transformation. After 25+ years in the corporate world, working with C-level partnerships, I decided to set up my own business advisory company, focusing on the power of Inclusion of Diversity as strategic parameters for growth.
